Our support network

MS LifeLines® is here to support you every step of the way

Whether you are newly diagnosed with relapsing multiple sclerosis or have been living with it for some time, it helps to have a strong support system to turn to when you need it. That's why the people of MS LifeLines are committed to being there for you.

MS LifeLines support services include:

  • Nurse Support: The MS LifeLines network of nurses receives extensive training and is required to be MS-certified. They are available to answer questions you may have about relapsing MS and Rebif® (interferon beta-1a). No question is ever too big or too small. And if you are just starting Rebif, a nurse from the MS LifeLines network can show you the proper injection technique and share tips for managing certain side effects in the comfort of your home.
  • Affordable Access: MS LifeLines Reimbursement Specialists are dedicated to ensuring that cost is not a barrier to starting or staying on Rebif. There are a number of programs available; if you need assistance affording Rebif, MS LifeLines may be able to help.
